Its silicone-lined, airtight lid nests a terracotta disk on the underside of the lid and when soaked in water for 15 minutes and placed in the container will keep sugar moist, and clump-free. Its size can hold a standard, 2-pound bag of brown sugar and its polished look fits neatly on a shelf or pantry. This food storage container is dishwasher safe (except the terra cotta dish), and is BPA-free.
